About Our Company

Docteur de la Table is a company that aims to be green and eco-responsible. Indeed, loss management is carried out with the greatest respect for the environment. Peels and leftover food are composted to be used as natural fertilizer for our products grown in our vegetable garden.

The plates, utensils and glasses used for catering and buffets are either washable, recoverable or compostable. For the ready-to-eat and gourmet box service, the dishes are all washable, reusable and recyclable.

The other foundation of this company is to use only local Quebec and Canadian ingredients. Of course, there are more varieties in summer, but in winter we manage to do well with greenhouse products as well as root vegetables and squash. Wines, ciders and alcohols from our region are also given priority, however we are always choosing the best pairings available.

The chefs, mixologists and sommeliers of Docteur de la Table are distinguished by their professionalism and their extensive experience in the gastronomic art. They have all worked in their respective fields for several years and love to share their passion. They will do everything possible to make your experience the most fantastic.
